LEGAL
Terms and Conditions
LAST UPDATED 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of WAIRLE (the "service"), operated by WAIRLE ("we", "us"). By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to use the service for personal reflection, self-awareness and educational purposes only. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
1. What the service is
WAIRLE is a self-administered N=1 experiment. A one-time initiation fee grants access to the Laboratory: the Library (philosophy and doctrine, the diagnostic reference material, the implementation tools and the operational protocols), the diagnostic suite (a Day 0 baseline intake and a Day 15 re-test across the same instruments), the Field Journal and the Results Dashboard that records your Day 0 versus Day 15 deltas on a Master Ledger.
The results are for personal insight only. They are not a medical, psychological or clinical diagnosis and must not be used as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. See the Health Disclaimer.
2. Initiation, the 14-day protocol and the re-test
- Payment opens Phase 1: Unlimited Reconnaissance and Prep. You may study the Library, prepare your environment, lock your Day 0 baseline and complete the staging checklist at your own pace. Nothing starts a clock on your behalf.
- The 14-day protocol begins only when you issue the INITIATE command. From that moment the countdown runs continuously; it cannot be paused.
- The Day 15 re-test opens when the 14 days elapse and there is no lockout. It remains available until you execute it. Late completion is recorded on your Master Ledger as such.
- You may abort and restart from a fresh Day 0 at no additional cost at any point before you complete your Day 15 re-test. Archived data is retained for your records and does not appear on the ledger.
- Protocol emails accompany the cycle (initiation, mid-protocol, re-test unlocked). Optional nudges — staging reminders, overdue re-test reminders and subscription notices — can be switched off in System Configuration; verification, billing and legal notices cannot.
3. Permanent Operator subscription
After you complete your Day 15 re-test you may, optionally, take out a monthly Permanent Operator subscription at the price shown at checkout. It maintains access to on-demand telemetry — spot checks of any variable, full audits, full system resets (a fresh cycle with your history preserved on the Master Ledger), experiments and longitudinal telemetry across every cycle.
- The subscription is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. Comped or manually arranged access is described to you separately in writing.
- You may cancel at any time from System Configuration or the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for; no further charge is made.
- If a payment fails, your clearance is kept while the payment is retried and you are notified. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to Basic (Inactive): your Results Dashboard and every recorded cycle remain readable; on-demand telemetry is locked and any cycle in progress is frozen until you re-subscribe.
- We may change the subscription price on notice; a change applies from your next billing period and you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Physical and nutritional protocols
The Library describes and, through the Fitness and Fuel Programmers, helps you generate physical, nutritional and behavioural protocols — high-intensity resistance training, rucking, sprinting, loaded carries, cold-water exposure, fasting and elimination diets among them. Your engagement with any of these protocols is at your own risk and is governed by the Safety and Liability Waiver, which you accept when you create your account and again whenever it changes. Consult a physician before you begin. Protocols produced by third-party AI services from a prompt you supply are not reviewed, verified or endorsed by us.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide — the diagnostics only know the data you feed them. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, circumvent access controls or disrupt its operation. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the diagnostics, the Library or the protocols beyond their stated educational purpose, and for injury, illness or loss arising from your engagement with any physical, nutritional or behavioural protocol, as set out in the Safety and Liability Waiver. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Material changes are notified in the service and, where they affect a recorded consent, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. Questions about these terms go to the Support Channel.
