Refund Policy

Initiation

The initiation fee is a one-time payment for a digital service delivered immediately — the Library, the diagnostics and the Field Journal are available the moment access is granted — so refunds are not available once access is granted. Nothing starts a clock on your behalf: Phase 1 is unlimited and the 14-day protocol begins only when you issue the INITIATE command.

If something goes wrong during your protocol you do not lose your access: you may abort and restart from a fresh Day 0 baseline at no additional cost at any point before you complete your Day 15 re-test.

Permanent Operator subscription

The subscription is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from System Configuration or the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for; partial months are not refunded pro rata.

Charged in error

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate payment, a charge after cancellation — contact us through the Support Channel and we will investigate and put it right.
